NEW DELHI: Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has declared victory in India's national elections, saying voters have given the Congress party-led coalition a 'massive mandate.'
Singh made the comments to reporters as results indicated his alliance has achieved a sweeping success in the month-long polls which will keep Singh in power for another term.
