KARACHI: Muslim League-Q leader Mushahid Hussain, while paying his high tributes to Geo Television Network, said that Geo has refused to tell the official ‘truth’ for which it has been punished.
Talking to Geo News, he complimented Sherry Rahman and Raza Rabbani for their moral courage, who differing with the government policies resigned. Mushahid Hussain said, “When the people are in opposition, then they think something else, but no sooner they come in the government dictatorial thinking takes them over.”
“Geo’s shutdown is an example of dictatorial obstinacy. Commenting on Federal Minister Kaira’s statement, he laughingly said, “He should speak the truth and not defend the lies.”
